Now then comes these two cristal clear threads: (Quixel Pricing Website, "MEGASCANS ACCESS UNDER THE UNREAL ENGINE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS LICENSED.("You may use our Megascans assets in your project from the Unreal Unlimited plan, provided that they are incorporated as an inseparable part of the project and the end result is in UE4").("is licensed for use with Unreal Engine only").Here some links where you can find those realy confusing threads: And as we know, "Unreal Engine" is not "Twinmotion" But in some cases it the text says"is licensed for use with Unreal Engine only" or " onlyif the End output is within Unreal Engine". The terms are pretty well done for unreal engine, and they are written everywhere. I just want to show you a couple of reasons why there was this confusion. You gotta search really deep to find that answer, haha! Thank you both, Jonathan and Laila for those quick answers! I was just confused (as many many others out there)

I need a "Yes, it is true that Megascans is free for all full versions of Twinmotion and you can use them for commercial purposes", please!Īgain, I am so sorry that I add this extra layer of complexity to my thread and I hope that at least one employee can confirm this. Second, I wanted to ask an employee whether this highlighted statement from above is true. (they didn't use exactly these words, but I highlighted and phrased them to be visible and clear enough) The Quixel Megascans Library is completely free of charge for commercial use in Twinmotion In the stream they somehow mentioned that. This webinar was about Quixel and Unreal Engine. Today, April 2, 2020, Quixel streamed a live webinar. But I need clarity and a written confirmation from the staff.
And yes, I know that this topic has been discussed so often in the past few months. We plan to keep the Library going from strength to strength as ArchiCAD itself continues its fantastic growth in the Australian market.First of all I really have to apologize to just open an additional thread for this problem and to make this particularly complicated. The 4D Library is the perfect addition to your BIM tool kit. So please keep your ideas, feature requests and input coming in. Having said all that we are constantly updating, improving and adding to the library. The 4D Library has tools and objects that can be used in every area of your project, with well over 160 major parametric objects, most firms find they rarely need to go outside the 4D Library for their documentation. Feature like, NCC Light and Vent Calculations, electrical symbols that calculate wattage and insulation penetrations, instant graphic scheduling, snapping to brick and block sizes in height and width, amazing flexibility using the iOpening and now doors that show access and egress clearances. Therefore the parts have been constructed first and foremost with local conditions and standards in mind. The 4D library is a premium product, tailored specifically for the Australian market.
